Reiki is a transformative natural healing modality, and we are committed to making it available to everyone in the Orlando area. The certification is in Usui Reiki — the original and most widely accepted form of Reiki in the USA and internationally. Our classes are intentionally accessible so Reiki can reach more people who are ready to learn. You will receive everything you need to confidently begin your Reiki practice — learning how to work with energy for self-healing, support loved ones, and build a strong foundation for continued growth.
The Reiki training certification classes in Orlando will take place just off SR 50 in the UCF Research Park area, 32826. The classes are limited in size and must be pre-registered. We will send a confirmation email with the exact address and other instructions. You may sign up for 1, 2, or all three levels.

How Reiki changed my life.
When I first discovered Reiki, I never imagined it would become such an important part of my life.
For over 14 years (since 2011), I have been teaching Reiki through Healing Today and Reiki en Español, helping students from all walks of life learn this gentle yet powerful practice. I have had the privilege of teaching students throughout the United States and internationally, witnessing incredible personal growth, healing, and transformation.
One of the things I love most about Reiki is that anyone can learn it. You don't need prior experience, special abilities, special gifts or a particular spiritual background.
You simply need an open mind and a willingness to learn.
Every class reminds me that healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about reconnecting with who we truly are.

Sit comfortably and place your hands in Gassho (prayer position).
Close your eyes and take three slow breaths.
Silently repeat:
I am connected to the Universal Life Force.
I trust the wisdom of the universe.
I cultivate perseverance in my actions.
I embrace humility in my heart.
I release limitations and welcome new possibilities.
May Reiki guide me toward my highest good.
Remain in silence for 3-5 minutes, breathing naturally and allowing Reiki energy to flow through you.

The "Possible from the Impossible" Technique
Think of a situation that feels difficult or impossible.
Write it on a piece of paper.
Place your hands over the paper.
Activate Reiki and allow energy to flow for 5-10 minutes.
Ask:
lesson am I meant to learn?
What small step can I take today?
How can I approach this situation with perseverance and humility?
End by saying:
"I release fear and resistance. I trust that the highest solution is already unfolding."
Repeat this practice daily for 21 days and observe the shifts in your thoughts, emotions, and opportunities.

Reflection
Reiki does not always change our circumstances immediately. Often, it changes us first. As our vibration rises, our perception expands, and what once seemed impossible gradually becomes possible.
A beautiful affirmation to close the lesson is:
"With perseverance in my actions, humility in my heart, and Reiki in my spirit, I open the door to possibilities beyond my imagination."
