Reiki is a natural healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and well-being. The training is divided into three levels, each building on the previous one:
- Reiki Level 1 (Practitioner): Introduces basic principles, self-care, and hand positions to offer Reiki to yourself and others. No prior experience is required.
- Reiki Level 2 (Deepening Your Practice): Builds on Level 1 by introducing traditional symbols and techniques, including distance healing, to expand your practice.
- Reiki Level 3 (Master Level): Focuses on deeper personal growth, spiritual development, and advanced practice. It also provides the foundation for those who wish to teach Reiki to others.
Course Progression and Options
Levels must be completed in order (Level 1, then Level 2, then Level 3), as each stage builds a foundation for the next. A certificate is provided upon completion of each level.
You may choose the path that best fits your schedule and goals:
- Consecutive Training: Complete Levels 1, 2, and 3 together over a single weekend.
- Independent Training: Take each level separately on different dates at your own pace.
Reiki is not a race, and there is no single correct way to begin. Some students prefer to take one level at a time, while others feel ready to complete all three levels together.
Both paths can be meaningful. Choose the one that best supports your needs, your schedule, and your personal journey.
Whether you begin with Level 1 or complete all three levels together, every step is an opportunity to learn, grow, and bring more awareness, peace, and balance into your life.
